			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Holy Bible calls the Church &#8220;the pillar and foundation of truth&#8221; (<em>1 Tim. </em>3:15). There is so much misunderstanding today about the Church&#8217;s beliefs, among Catholics and non-Catholics alike. It is more important than ever, therefore, for Catholics to fully understand what the Church teaches and <em>why she teaches it, </em>to strengthen our relationship with Jesus Christ first and foremost, but also to better equip us to charitably share our faith with others.
